How do you ensure the guitar stays safe during shipping?
Every Feline Guitar is professionally set up, detuned slightly for tension relief, and secured in a custom-fit hardshell case. We use double-walled reinforced boxes and premium cushioning to guarantee your instrument arrives in pristine condition.
What is your return policy for high-end instruments?
We offer a 14-day 'Trial Period' for all standard models. If the guitar doesn't feel right in your hands, you can return it for a full refund minus shipping costs, provided it is in its original, mint condition.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide via fully insured express couriers. Please note that customers are responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or CITES documentation fees if applicable to specific tonewoods.
Can I request a custom setup before my guitar is shipped?
Absolutely. During checkout, you can specify your preferred string gauge and action height. Our master luthier will perform a final inspection and setup to your exact specifications at no extra charge.
What kind of warranty comes with a Feline Guitar?
All new instruments come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering structural defects and craftsmanship. This excludes normal wear and tear on frets, nuts, and electronics, as well as damage from extreme humidity changes.
